  • WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
    We ship from our partnered sweat-free factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR REFUND POLICY?
    Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us within 5 working days after delivery or if the product was received damaged! So please make sure you are ordering the correct item. Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply.   • WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
    We offer worldwide Free Standard Shipping with No Minimum Order value.
    For US orders please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery due to high demand.
  • CAN I PLACE THE ORDER OUTSIDE OF US?
    Yes you can place the order from any country.
  • WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES?
    We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
  • CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PAID FOR IT?
    Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Please note that once the order processing has been started, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order due to our automated order fulfillment system.
